RICWMA is a municipal joint action agency serving thirteen governments in Rock Island County, Illinois to assist and coordinate its members in solid waste management. The Villages/Cities of Andalusia, Carbon Cliff, Coal Valley, Cordova, East Moline, Hampton, Milan, Moline, Port Byron, Rapids City, Rock Island, and Silvis along with Rock Island County are members.

Drug Take Back Day

Unwanted drugs may be dropped off at the following places in Illinois:

• Milan Municipal Center, 405 First Street, Milan
• Rock Island Justice Center, 1317 Third Avenue, Rock Island
• Silvis Police Department, 1040 First Avenue, Silvis
• East Moline Police Department, 915 16th Avenue, East Moline
