Garbage Pick-Up:
Weekly pick-up.

Prairie Waste is the contracted hauler.

Holiday Garbage Collection Schedule:
Garbage pick-up will be one day after the major holidays.

Yard/Landscape Pick-Up:
Yard waste will be collected from the curbside with the proper yard waste sticker attached. Yard waste stickers must be purchased at Village Hall. Yard waste needs to be bagged. Call (309) 523-3705 for purchasing information.

Bulky Waste:
There is a monthly pick-up schedule for Bulky Waste. No appliances or T.V.s are accepted. The fourth Friday of every month is collection day.

Recycling Options:
A weekly curbside recycling program is currently available. Call (309) 523-3705 for recycling bin and pick-up information.
Residents may also use the countywide drop-off sites; refer to Drop-Off Sites and Guidelines.

What can I put in the Recycling Bin?
Glass, aluminum and tin cans, #1 & #2 plastics, newspaper, magazines, and corrugated cardboard.
